Return and Exchange Policy:- 
Coo Cuddles has implemented a customer-centric policy aimed at making your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as can be. We stand by your side both before and after your purchase. We kindly request you to review the following terms and conditions before completing your purchase.

Refunds for Contracts/Boxed Packed products are processed within 24 hours of the initial purchase. The refund request should be initiated within 12 hours of purchase and IF GOODS have problem, or else the refund is not applicable.

Please note that a delivery charge of 150 AED applies to any item refund or return. The first exchange is free of charge, while the second exchange incurs a transportation fee of 150 AED. It's important to be aware that, due to COVID-19 regulations in compliance with United Arab Emirates Law, we can only accept unused items for exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days in accordance with company policies. Please be advised that outdoor items, such as Kids Cars, Trampolines, Bouncy Castles, Swings, and Slide Sets, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Order Cancellation:

Cancellation of Order is done only if the product is not dispatched. Kindly mail us at coocuddles@gmail.com for cancellation. For cancelled orders, store credit is provided which can be used for future purchases.
