  1. Communication Consent

When utilizing our Service, you consent to receiving newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other informational content that we may dispatch. Nonetheless, you have the option to discontinue receiving any or all of these communications from us by either clicking the unsubscribe link or contacting us via email at coocuddles@gmail.com.

  1. Purchases

When you desire to acquire any product or service offered through our Service ("Purchase"), you may be requested to furnish specific details pertinent to your Purchase, which may include, but are not restricted to, your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, billing address, and shipping information. 

You affirm and guarantee that: (i) you possess the lawful authority to employ any card(s) or other payment method(s) for your Purchase, and (ii) the information you provide to us is accurate, truthful, and comprehensive. 

To facilitate payment processing and the fulfillment of Purchases, we may enlist the assistance of third-party services. By supplying your information, you grant us permission to share this information with these third parties, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

We retain the prerogative to reject or annul your order at any time for various reasons, such as product or service unavailability, inaccuracies in the product or service description or pricing, errors in your order, or other valid grounds. 

We also reserve the right to decline or revoke your order in the event of suspected fraud or an unauthorized or unlawful transaction.

  1. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Promotions, including but not limited to contests, sweepstakes, and other similar activities, offered through the Service may have their own set of guidelines distinct from these Terms of Service. When you engage in any Promotions, we kindly request you to examine the specific rules pertaining to them, in addition to our Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the Promotion rules and these Terms of Service, the rules governing the Promotion will take precedence.

  1. Refunds

Refunds for Contracts/Boxed Packed products are processed within 24 hours of the initial purchase. The refund request should be initiated within 12 hours of purchase and IF GOODS have problem, or else the refund is not applicable.

Please note that a delivery charge of 150 AED applies to any item refund or return. The first exchange is free of charge, while the second exchange incurs a transportation fee of 150 AED. It's important to be aware that, due to COVID-19 regulations in compliance with United Arab Emirates Law, we can only accept unused items for exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued within 10 working days in accordance with company policies. Please be advised that outdoor items, such as Kids Cars, Trampolines, Bouncy Castles, Swings, and Slide Sets, cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

  1. Age Restriction for Service Access

This service is exclusively designed for individuals who are a minimum of eighteen (18) years old. By utilizing or accessing the service, you confirm and assure that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the complete authority, legal capacity, and entitlement to engage in this agreement and adhere to all the stipulations within the Terms. If you are below the age of eighteen (18), you are strictly prohibited from accessing or using the service.

      8. Accounts

By registering an account with us, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you furnish is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information may lead to the immediate termination of your account on our platform. 

You bear the responsibility of safeguarding the confidentiality of your account and password. This includes, among other things, limiting access to your computer and/or account. You consent to assuming liability for any and all activities or actions that take place using your account or password, whether your password is employed on our service or on a third-party service. In the event of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account, you must promptly notify us.

Using a username that belongs to another individual or entity, or one that is not legally available for use, as well as a name or trademark that is protected by the rights of someone other than yourself, without proper authorization, is strictly prohibited. Offensive, vulgar, or obscene usernames are also not allowed.

We retain the authority to decline service, terminate accounts, modify or delete content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

The services provided by the company are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The company does not provide any express or implied representations or warranties regarding the operation of their services or the information, content, or materials contained therein. By using these services, their content, or any services or items obtained from the company, you explicitly acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. 

The company, as well as any individuals affiliated with the company, do not make any warranties or representations regarding the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services. Without limiting the foregoing, neither the company nor its associates guarantee that the services, their content, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, free of errors, or uninterrupted. They do not guarantee that defects will be corrected, that the services or the server making them available are free from viruses or other harmful components, or that the services or any services or items obtained through the services will meet your specific needs or expectations.

The company hereby disclaims all types of warranties, whether they are express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose.

The above disclaimer does not affect any warranties that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, which governing law applies to agreement without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

We retain the right to alter or adjust our Service, including any services or content provided through the Service, at our discretion without prior notice. We shall not be held responsible if, for any reason, the Service or a portion of it becomes temporarily or permanently inaccessible. BY UTILIZING OUR SERVICE OR OTHER SERVICES PROVIDED BY US, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE REVIEWED THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONSENT TO THEIR APPLICATION.

"We do not offer services or products to individuals or entities in countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions, as per UAE law."
