Upon receiving an order, we make every effort to dispatch it the following day. If there are any delays in order processing, we will promptly inform you. Orders within UAE typically take 1 to 7 days for delivery, depending on the location. Customers will receive delivery notifications via SMS and email.

 

Delivery Timeline:

Orders are dispatched from Dubai UAE, and the general delivery timeline is as follows:

  • Dubai generally enjoys a 2-day delivery period. Feel free to contact us for same-day delivery options in Dubai.
  • Other Emirates usually take 3-5 days for delivery.

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

If a COD order is cancelled once, subsequent COD orders will not be shipped to the same individual.

  • In Dubai, there is an additional COD charge of AED 20.
  • Online payments qualify for free shipping.
